We aim for WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

We design and build our website with accessibility in mind, targeting conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities, including users who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technologies.

As a digital agency, we also apply this same standard to the websites we build for clients. Accessibility is not an afterthought — it is part of how we engineer every project.

What we've built in.

Our current implementation includes the following accessibility practices:

  • Semantic HTML5 elements used throughout all pages, giving assistive technologies a clear document structure.
  • All images include descriptive alt attributes; purely decorative images are marked accordingly.
  • Color contrast ratios meet or exceed the WCAG 2.1 AA minimum of 4.5:1 for normal text and 3:1 for large text.
  • All interactive elements — buttons, links, form fields — are keyboard-accessible and display visible focus indicators.
  • ARIA labels and roles are applied where native HTML semantics are insufficient, including modal dialogs and navigation landmarks.
  • The contact form includes visible labels, error messages, and does not rely on placeholder text alone.
  • Pages use a logical heading hierarchy (H1 → H2 → H3) to support screen reader navigation.
  • The site is fully responsive and tested on mobile, tablet, and desktop viewports.

Where we're still improving.

We are continuously improving accessibility across the site. The following are known limitations we are actively working to address:

  • Embedded third-party video content (if any) may not include captions or audio descriptions. We are evaluating captioning options.
  • Some older PDF documents linked from the site may not be fully accessible to screen readers. We are reviewing these files.
  • Complex data tables, if added in the future, will be reviewed for proper header associations before publication.

When reporting an issue, it helps to include the URL of the page, the type of assistive technology you were using (if any), and a brief description of the problem.

How this site was built.

This website is built with hand-coded HTML, CSS, and vanilla JavaScript — no heavy frameworks or inaccessible component libraries. This gives us direct control over the accessibility of every element. We test with keyboard-only navigation and screen reader software (NVDA, VoiceOver) on a regular basis.
